I have been a customer for several years through two iPhones and have had the same unacceptable problem. My name is Robert Gladson, SS* ****, on both iPhones, I have, at best, spotty voicemail or none at all. Efforts recently by CC have resulted in some success on that issue but the worst problem still remains, calls are not coming through! Then the caller leaves a voicemail which does not show on my phone at all! So I have no idea at all anything has happened! Friday I missed a call from my doctor with test results I needed to hear and by the time I called my voicemail to find out I had a message it was to late in the day to contact my doctor. This is unacceptable! Looking back I had the same problem on my iPhone * before I bought my X model. One of your tech people told me I needed to call from a different phone so I bought a throw away phone only to be told by the last tech who worked on the problem it was not necessary! Great, another phone I don't need. Please do not insult my intelligence I have been over this with Apple and checked everything on both phones, its not on my end it's on your end. Why is this happening? How hard can this be to resolve? I'll be moving out of state in the fall or I would drop you people right now but I'll be changing everything at that time. It's a shame, I Iike your prices and I do not use my phone all that much but I need it to work properly!! Feel free to contact me at ***.***.**** Thank You.
