Hello!*I hope you are having a great day!*We bought a couple phones from AT&T * years ago and kept them in a drawer until our previous phone finally died. We decided to go with consumer cellular because your rates were better than AT&T. Well .... we had no idea that phones couldn't be used with any service. This will be our first experience with smart phones. AT&T refused to unlock the phones for us. (We also didn't know phones were locked or unlocked. We are seniors.) We have the sim cards you sent us but now we can't use them. So I guess we will have to look at purchasing some of your phones to be able to use them. We'd like to keep the monthly fee as low as possible. But we need two phones and two lines. I did notice your iphone *s online. We would mainly be using the phones for calls and texts and once in awhile look at something online. So I don't know how much data we would use. But we'd really like to keep the monthly cost to a minimum. Ideally below $** if possible for the two lines. Any help or advice would be welcome! Thank you for your time. Our account is **********.
