For two months in a row we got charges for call assistance on our bill. You tell us the *** calls are being made on Paul's phone ***-***-****. We emphatically deny making *** calls on either occasion. Something is wrong. When we called on the April overcharge the charges were adjusted. When we called today we were refused adjustment. We want to know why *** calls are being charged to us and we want the May ** charge of $*.** reversed. We do not and have not called *** ever. Something has to be done about these bad charges.
