The issue and preferred resolution, in GetHuman-mkerper's own words:
For two months in a row we got charges for call ***istance on our bill. You tell us the *** calls are being made on Paul's phone ***-***-****. We emphatically deny making *** calls on either occasion. Something is wrong. When we called on the April overcharge the charges were adjusted. When we called today we were refused adjustment. We want to know why *** calls are being charged to us and we want the May ** charge of $*.** reversed. We do not and have not called *** ever. Something has to be done about these bad charges.
I trust that Consumer Cellular will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
