I lost a phone, which previously had the number of (***) ***-****. The lost phone was a work phone, with the phone number of (***) ***-****. I need to have this number working in order to respond to clients. I am a health care provider, and I sometimes need to respond to client emergencies. I spoke with someone from Consumer Cellular, who told me to go to Target, buy a Sim Card, and have the Target person call Consumer Cellular. I did this. I told the Target person to switch the phone number on my Hauwei from (***) ***-**** to (***) ***-****. I have never had a problem switching phone numbers before with Consumer Cellular, and this was clearly not the Target person's fault. However, I still have no service. It is critical that I have a phone that is working. Please help me. I have no working for client to contact. I have already missed calls.
