I called your support center tonight regarding a recent increase in my monthly invoice. I explained I am disabled and in the past two months I have received usage alerts. My normal bill is $**.**. In March: $**.**. April: $**.** , May: $**.**? *I had my son look at my phone a few weeks ago and he said my WIFI was turned off on my phone, so **% of the time while sitting in my home I was being charged as if I were elsewhere. I asked your support person to put me back to the original plan, and I still don't think he understood anything I said. I know that little by little, I am being charged more money and I was told I have ** days remaining, even though I will not be using the usage I was charged for. So to sum it up, he really didn't do me any favors. I have been a customer for a long time, and I believe after this period is up I will be switching to another company. You started out helping people like myself, but now you'tr just like the rest. Take every penny you can from people just trying to make ends meet.*It has been a really bad year and consumer cellular just made it worse.*Sincerely, June Tousignant
