Purchased a phone and service plan from you. Received the phone ****, created account and completed activation process. The number (***) ***-**** still has not been ported. Message says SIM not provisioned mm**. I bought this phone because after a month of arguing with Jethro Mobile, * phones and * SIM cards, I could not get the phone to connect to any tower and could never establish service. They claim the number had been connected to SIM but it never worked. Number was originally a Windstream landline and I conformed it was ported to T-Mobile. This phone is for my ** year old father and he had that number for ** years. He will never remember a new phone number. Please! Whatever I need to do in order to get this phone working, let me know! I have NOT stopped service with Jethro, but it was never really established in the first place. I drove ** miles trying to connect to a tower to activate that phone and only ever got a *G signal. I have a moderately strong *G signal on your phone. Please help!!!
