To whom it may concern: my name is Mario A Flores account * ********* Original balance $ ****.** on ********** paid in payment arrangement ****-** * ******** for the amount of $ ****.** remaining to send me receipt proof of payment made so far today I have not received anything and talked to all the departments with a long waiting time of ** min to ** min and they tell me this talking to the wrong department I will move you to the correct department and then they make me wait and then they hang me up and I wonder What is the service that the customer offers if they mock and laugh at one or is that I have to hire a legal representative to file a claim for the inclusion of duties in billing.
