Hello,*My name is Susanne Smith (***-***-****), My Fiance Julian Martinez and I purchased leather couch, love seat and recliner from Conns in Albuquerque, NM a couple of years ago. When the couches were purchased a warranty was sold to me as well. The warranty was purchased due to the sales associate stating that if anything breaks, discolors, rips or mechanical issues it will be replaced or fixed. Well my brown leather couch has a rip and is discoloring pretty bad so I setup a warranty appointment and the person came out. My claim got denied due to those issues not being covered. I have called a few times trying to get this resolved and keep getting the run around. I called and keep getting transferred back and forth. I specifically paid for this warranty due to what the sales person (Jimmy Taylor @ the Central and Atrisco store) told me the warranty would cover. I am really starting to think that this is a sales strategy that Conns uses to sell the warranties, tell the customer what they want to hear and ***** the customer over. I am really upset and frustrated with the sales strategy that was used on me. I would like this issue resolved with my couch being fixed, replaced or my money back please.
