About * weeks ago (week of ****-****) I had a crazy week dealing with possibly getting evicted and I misunderstood that we had through Sat. to file instead of Fri. Anyway, I was late filing aka i missed a week. I filled the missed weekly benefit form immediately after and explained my case. Its been three weeks. I keep filing the missed form every week with no answer and my account still says "You did not file a claim for the previous week. To resume filing for benefits, please visit www.filectui.com". *Where do I go from here? *I am Also confused on whether I am filing correctly. On the missed filing weekly benefit form it asks for your hours for the past four weeks. When they ask for week *'s hours do they mean the most recent week or the first week four weeks ago? Does it go *-* furthest week out to most recent or the opposite, most recent being week * and the furthest out week *....so confusing!! *Lastly, my job also went back to close to full time hours again for the last * weeks (** hrs a week which I have been filing that on my missed weekly benefit form) and then this past week they cut them back to part time again (** hrs a week). *Should I just file a new claim? *How would I want it fixed? I want to find out from CT UEB where to go from here. *Ideally they would reopen my claim so I can continue filing as I was. *The unknown in all this is dreadful. I'm a single mom I can't survive on half my income. Thank you so much for any light you can shed.
