I am ** years old. I was a part time employee at ****'s Sporting Goods. I was furloughed and was*am collecting unemployment benefits. I was called back to work and worked last week (I filled returned to work part time, I think) and I am working this week. *I returned reluctantly because as a cashier I feel very vulnerable to Covid-**. *I believe that ****'s has made a good faith effort to deal with exposure to Covid-**. Still, there is only a simple plexiglass sheet at the register and I am still exposed to the customers and their purchases. Also, for some reason, many of the transactions are now in cash and I am uncomfortable having to handle cash. Finally, the break room is very small and face masks are removed when eating at a small table. *I returned to work reluctantly believing that I was required to do so. When I filled my last unemployment claim I indicated that I had returned to work part-time. However, I did work ** hours -- needs of the business. I am also working this week, because I was scheduled and do not want to leave them hanging.*I now believe, according to the CDC Guidelines "...that those at high risk for sever illness to COVID-**" (people ** years and older) are not required to return to work. *Is this true? Do I just continue to file? Do I file this week as "returned to work part time" and next week as unemployed seeking employment? **Thank you for your help with this matter.**Robert Foss
