I have been collecting PUA benefits. On oct * I was told I had to reapply for regular benefits and be denied before I can go back to collecting PUA benefits. I did what I was told but as usual I have not received a denial letter in the mail,instead I got an email on ***** telling me to contact Pua and have them bring me current. I’ve tried and they can not do this until the regular Dol takes the hold off my account. I’ve been calling and emailing for * weeks to no avail. I’ve had no money coming in for * months and will not have Thanksgiving to say the least because of this. I’m very frustrated.
