I have purchased and paid for 10 different items that have never arrived at my home. I have contacted customer service, and they advised me to wait a reasonable amount of time. However, on the deadline day, I am left with no choice but to request a refund since the items never arrived. My questions are: 1. Why are the items not being delivered? 2. Do you process refunds? 3. Why was I informed in a note that I have a bad history due to the number of refunds when the fault lies with you for not delivering the orders correctly that were paid for? 4. Can I still trust you to place orders, make payments, and ensure they will be delivered to my address? Thank you in advance for your prompt response. L.E. I have placed multiple orders on Geek, but I have not received most of them. When I inquire about my orders, it says I missed the refund period or my account has been flagged. I have been patient and waited for the items, but I feel like Geek is not delivering the products I paid for. I have been a loyal customer for years, and it is frustrating to not receive my orders or refunds. I hope you can investigate and either send me the items or refund my money. If this issue is not resolved, I may need to shop elsewhere. This has not been a problem for me when using Wish.

When I placed my order, the page displayed the product I was considering ordering. While trying to confirm if it was the only item on my list, the page wouldn't scroll, and assuming it was the sole item, I proceeded to order. Later, I realized that four items had been added from my previous order basket. I attempted to cancel two items following the provided instructions, but disappointingly, they were still sent. I only intended to purchase the camera during this transaction, and I am concerned that I might receive an incorrect item due to the confusion.

I received a shipping notification for the camera I ordered, and the screen only showed the camera with the shipping cost. When I tried to scroll up or down, I accidentally slid to place the order assuming only one item would be shipped. Quickly realizing more items were added, I went back to cancel the extra items. I made sure the unwanted items were cancelled, closed Geek, and now I see additional charges amounting to $34. Hello. On December 23, [redacted], I made a purchase from GEEK for a dart launcher device with order number 5e00dfd1ad4d15eda2c56e9f. The item did not arrive on time. I tried to request a refund, but it was not accepted. My last attempt was on March 28, [redacted], and they mentioned the delay was due to the coronavirus situation. I waited until today before requesting a refund, considering the pandemic situation. They now claim I missed the deadline, stating I should have requested it before March 23. I have evidence of my refund request on March 28, [redacted], and the guidance to wait until April 13, [redacted]. I find it unfair that after following their instructions, I am being treated as if I had not raised the issue. I even sent an email on April 1, [redacted], seeking help on the matter. I have not given up on this matter and hope to receive better assistance. Thank you.
