I have two issues. J booked Thomas Cook flight from Los Angeles to Manchester. The first half, to JFK, was with Alaska Airlines, except I am now told it is really with Condor. I cannot get through to them to check if the flight is still ok. Also, my insurer wants the cost of the Condor flight to assess my refund. How do I get this information if I can't phone and there is no email?

I finally got through on the phone today. To my astonishment their rep said that the flight I was booked on from LA to JFK was NOT a Condor flight and that they only fly to and from Germany. So I got back to Alaska, the original name in the flight, who confirmed that was now the case. I can only assume that the Thomas Cook collapse (under whom the whole flight to Manchester was registered) caused a collective brainstorm with these airlines.
