I've been a Conair customer for years...hair care, curling irons, steamers, etc. my complaint is with my * purchases of the Conair Florescent *******x Lite Mirror. Odd that I'm not complaining about the Florescent light but the "Toggle Switch" has been my mnemisis..twice! I bought the first mirror and the replacement, second mirror, at Bed Bath and Beyond. They toldme to contact you. I'm a ** yr old woman and two purchases later, I'm totally disappointed!!! I will always pay good money for a good product but at $*** ($***) is too much to comprehend. I cut the cord off the first mirror and gave it to my granddaughter. Now I have another one to deal with. Can the toggle switch cord be replaced? Please, please help me in this issue.
