Subject: Request to Maintain Access to Account [redacted] To whom it may concern, I did not request the deactivation of my account [redacted] I simply need assistance in ensuring that Amazon.com can access my account by providing the necessary instructions. I encountered issues with this specific access while other emails, such as from FAZ Germany, were received without any problems. Furthermore, I need to restrict access from Edge Windows Veytaux-Chillon in Vaud, Switzerland, and chrome Windows in Ile-de-France from interfering with my account. If changing the password for my cs account is the solution, I would like to proceed under your guidance to maintain control of my account. Your prompt assistance is appreciated. Thank you, Jean J.
