During my recent stay at Comfort Suites, there was quite an issue with billing. The desk clerk mistakenly charged my card for two rooms but encountered problems with the system showing the rooms were already occupied. Despite being new to the front desk due to an emergency, he struggled for over 45 minutes to correct the billing error on my debit card. This chaos unfolded while the hotel was dealing with a flood on one of the floors, adding to the mayhem. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay that night, yet my card was charged $[redacted] for the rooms that were never utilized. The charges have not been refunded or credited back to my account since then.

During my stay at Comfort Suites AR160, RM [redacted] from 9/4-9/7, I unfortunately discovered that two watches (a Michael Kors and Fossil) and some gold earrings had gone missing from my room. Despite checking before I left and upon my return, the items were nowhere to be found. When I contacted the hotel, I spoke with Jamie who then had her manager, Jessica, call me back. Jessica's rude response alleging that I must have lost the items rather than them being taken by employees was frustrating. When I requested the district manager's contact details, Jessica's unprofessional behavior escalated, leading to a disconnection. I firmly believe my items were not lost but taken. I seek disciplinary action against Jessica and the return of my belongings. Her disrespectful attitude and lack of customer service were unwarranted and disappointing. I, Robin K Lester, recently stayed at Comfort Suites in McAlester, OK (OK149) on May 8th with a checkout on May 9th in Room [redacted]. On the morning of May 9th, I encountered a mouse in the room. The reservation was made under Michelle Adcock's account #[redacted]80, a Gold Member with Comfort Suites. The morning cashier did refund $20 to my credit card ending in [redacted], but I believe I should not have been charged for the room due to the mouse infestation. This is a health concern that should have been addressed by Pest Control. Thank you for your attention to resolving this matter.

During our vacation, we stayed at Comfort Inn Suites Huntsville and checked in late with Linda being very welcoming. However, we encountered cleanliness issues in our room with hair on the beds. Linda kindly helped us change rooms, but we found the sofa bed in the new room soiled. When requesting a late checkout, the morning maid service was loud and the front desk denied our extension request bluntly. This disrupted our sleep, leaving us disappointed with the chain of events. We were unable to reach customer service promptly.

I made an error when booking the property for the wrong day, realizing this as soon as I received the confirmation email 15 minutes later. I contacted the booking agent immediately, who informed the property but the front desk clerk couldn't assist without the manager. Despite being told to contact the booking agent again within 24 hours, the manager remained unavailable and unresponsive to emails. I was charged for the room the next day even though I had reached out to the property promptly after the mistake. Unfortunately, the manager refuses to discuss changing the booking date. I simply wanted to change the date, not cancel or request a refund. My experience at Comfort Suites in Gadsden, Alabama has been very disappointing.

I made an error in booking a room for May 9th instead of May 14th. After contacting the Comfort Suites in Gadsden, Alabama, the manager refused to communicate with me directly or allow the staff to provide his name. Despite my efforts to clarify the situation with Booking.com and Bring Fido, I was still charged for the room as a no-show the following day. It has been frustrating as I have never faced such difficulties in correcting booking mistakes with other companies in the past.

On the 19th, I called to make reservations and was informed that the pool was open, but upon arrival, it remained closed. This was disappointing as my daughter was looking forward to swimming. Despite being told the pool opened at 8 am, it was still closed. The front desk attendant seemed confused about the pet policy as well, stating dogs were allowed for free when they actually weren't. I frequent this establishment and have never experienced such issues before. I would appreciate a refund for this inconvenience.

On September 5th, I encountered a difficulty as my Progressive Tow service did not arrive despite a 2-hour wait, eventually getting cancelled for a different company that also failed to arrive. I had to rely on a friend after 4 hours and ended up missing my hotel check-in due to the delays. Unfortunately, upon reaching the hotel, my reservation was canceled, and I was charged $16.99 in fees, $[redacted].95 for the room and tax, and an unexpected security deposit, all with unclear explanations given during reservation. I am seeking a refund due to the confusion and challenges I faced. I hope for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
