I have sent written requests to Layne Bryant, Jessica London, Woman Within, Romans, and Fullbeauty to stop calling me, yet I continue to receive repeated phone calls. Recently, I discovered that they have even been contacting my family in New Orleans. This needs to cease immediately. I am working on consolidating my accounts to make one monthly payment, but if this harassment persists, I will have no choice but to involve a lawyer due to these illegal actions. Despite my requests to be contacted via email, the calls persist. I am currently dealing with severe health issues, including heart troubles, numerous tests, monitoring, and hospital visits, and it is distressing that Comenity appears insensitive to my situation. Despite my accounts being designated for no calls, the situation is only escalating.

Comenity Bank has been improperly reporting my husband's credit card information to my three credit bureaus. I have never agreed to be linked to my husband's six credit cards with Comenity Bank nor have I signed any documents allowing them to add me to his accounts. I am requesting that Comenity Bank rectify all inaccuracies on my credit files before June 14th, [redacted], within the next five days. If this is not resolved, I will have to pursue legal action against Comenity Bank. My husband, who had a serious brain tumor in [redacted], has faced challenges with his mental health and this situation has caused undue stress. I kindly ask for the prompt correction and removal of any late or delinquent accounts associated with my husband on my credit reports. Thank you, Vicki D. Irvin.

I didn't ask for a BJ credit card, but one was sent to me. I threw it away. Now, I was billed a $50 membership fee and a $34 late fee for a membership I never wanted. I do not shop at BJ in Portsmouth NH anymore. After speaking with BJ and Comenity Capital Bank, I was assured the charges would be removed. However, I recently received a letter stating I owe $84. Please honor the initial agreement to remove these charges. Thank you.

I used my Appleseed's store card to purchase an item, but when I provided my Woodforest bank checking account information to Comenity, there was an issue with the payment. Despite having enough funds and entering the correct details, my payment was rejected. I contacted Comenity multiple times with unhelpful responses and eventually spoke with a representative from Appleseed's who unblocked my card, but the ordeal has been frustrating. I am trying to improve my credit, and having a payment rejected and a card blocked is a setback. I made another payment, hoping it will go through this time, but I am worried about facing the same issue. I need assistance to resolve this situation promptly.

I am looking for information on why my Ulta Rewards Mastercard ending in #[redacted] was canceled. I find it confusing and frustrating that I opened the account on May 12, [redacted], only for it to be canceled on June 22, [redacted]. I only made one purchase of $46, paid it before the due date, had no late fees or additional purchases. I am disappointed that this account closure is reflected on my credit report as being canceled by the credit grantor. If you did not intend to issue me the card, it should have been addressed at the time of my application when a hard inquiry was made on my credit report. Additionally, if there were issues after granting me the card, I should have been contacted to resolve them instead of having the account closed abruptly. I fulfilled my obligations by making a purchase and paying it off promptly. If the card cannot be reinstated, I request that the negative remark on my credit report be removed, as I did nothing wrong. I believe the closure should be indicated as closed by the consumer, not the credit grantor. This situation has left me puzzled and frustrated as I strive to maintain a good credit score by paying my bills on time. I would appreciate an explanation for the account closure and how this can be rectified on my credit report.

After a Victoria's Secret sales clerk suggested opening an Angels credit card for a Valentine's Day present, complications arose with payments and account management. Despite efforts to resolve issues with Comenity Bank, the situation continued. Despite previous agreements to correct the account, new charges were applied to the supposedly closed account, leading to further delinquency notices. The bank is now refusing to waive interest and late fees, as well as address any negative impacts on credit reports. The only remaining option is to dispute the matter through mail or online channels.

I am requesting the reactivation of my Victoria's Secret Card. Recently, my credit limit was reduced without any late payments on my account. Furthermore, my card was unexpectedly closed due to inactivity without prior notice, impacting my credit score. I believe that a person's credit limit should not be affected if payments are consistently made on time. I was embarrassed when my card was declined during a purchase, as this had never happened before. I kindly ask for my account to be reopened.

Hello. I have a Bealls card and I am trying to register online to create a username and password to pay online in the future. I haven't been able to use the card lately because I live near the border with Laredo, TX, and it's challenging to cross the bridges to make payments at Bealls. I am Mexican and don't have a social security number, so when I try to register online with alternative information like my life number, the application says the information is incorrect. I hope you can assist me, or else I'll have to cancel the card. Please reply to my email at [redacted] Additionally, I would appreciate receiving e-statements via email since physical statements rarely reach my address. Thank you for your help.

I had set up my Comenity card on auto pay and recently paid the full statement balance before the due date mentioned in the email and on the account landing page. Surprisingly, I was informed that I owe interest from the original amount charged on the card because the payment was not made by May 27th, even though the due date was supposedly June 3rd. I contacted customer service promptly, but they were unhelpful and set up a payment plan that seemed destined to fail. Despite paying on time and clearing the balance before the stated deadline, I faced this issue. The constant calls from an unidentified number urging payment have been distressing. I am seeking assistance from someone in a higher position to resolve this matter. Having had several credit cards, this experience is quite unique and frustrating for me.

I have paid the balance in full. However, a report is showing new missed payments. I have also requested a replacement card, but I have not received it yet. I would like to ask if the missed payments can be removed from my account to maintain a good standing and avoid negativity on my credit report. The account in question is my Victoria's Secret Angel Card. Most of the balance paid in full consisted of interest due to unintentional missed payments. I was in a car accident which resulted in losing all my personal belongings and being locked out of all my financial and personal accounts. Currently, my payments on my Credit One account are up to date with no missed payments, and I intended to do the same with my Angel Card. I settled the balance as soon as I regained access to my information and hope to avoid the negative impact of the missed payments on my credit report. I appreciate your help as I am also looking to purchase a replacement vehicle and have been covering rental expenses for over two months now. Despite being a new cardholder, I have been a loyal customer for a long time and wish to maintain a positive relationship. Thank you for your assistance.

Experian closed my JJill account, but I recently received a new card in the mail. Experian claims I opened the account in January [redacted], which is incorrect as I was living in FL at that time. JJill insists I have a balance, although I paid it off completely in March with no further purchases. I contacted JJill to report my lost or stolen card since I haven't made any recent transactions in-store or online. The last time I visited the Rochester Hills, MI store was in March [redacted]. I've been unable to reach anyone at Experian; their automated system hangs up if you don't select certain options. I urgently need to speak with a representative to resolve this account issue. Megan S. [redacted] McGee Street Kansas City, MO [redacted] Account Number: [redacted] August 20, [redacted] To Whom It May Concern: I appreciate your time in reading this letter, and I trust you are having a good day. I am writing to address the two late payments reported on my recent credit report from February and July of [redacted] for my Victoria’s Secret Comenity Bank account. I want to emphasize that I take my financial responsibilities seriously; I acknowledge my mistake and have implemented measures to ensure timely payments moving forward. I maintain a detailed excel sheet with balances and due dates to prevent any future tardiness. I have maintained an impeccable payment history ever since the late payments occurred. I am in the process of applying for a mortgage and am concerned that these late payments could affect my eligibility. I firmly believe that these incidents do not accurately reflect my creditworthiness and dedication to settling my debts. I kindly request your favorable consideration to adjust my record by removing the late payments from February and July of [redacted]. Thank you for reviewing my request, and I am hopeful for a positive outcome. Sincerely, Megan S.

Dear [Customer Service], I recently reviewed my credit report and noticed two late payments reported from February and July [redacted] for my Victoria's Secret Comenity Bank account. I fully acknowledge my past oversight in missing those payments. I have since implemented measures, such as using an Excel sheet to track balances and due dates, to ensure timely payments going forward. My payment history has been flawless since those incidents, and I am now in good standing. I am in the process of applying for a mortgage and am concerned about the impact of these past late payments on my eligibility. I firmly believe that they do not accurately represent my creditworthiness and responsible financial behavior. I kindly request your assistance in reviewing and potentially removing these late payments as a goodwill gesture. Thank you for your understanding and consideration. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Megan S.

I applied for an Overstock.com credit card in [redacted], used it once for approximately $[redacted], paid it off, and haven't used it since. However, last year and now this year around the same time, I received a $21.35 charge for an unknown item. After a frustrating 40-minute call with Harold from Comenity Bank's fraud department, I was unable to get answers to my questions. Harold, rudely, said he would cancel my card without addressing my concerns about my credit rating. This recurring charge seems suspicious and inconvenient as I have to dispute it annually. Despite providing an order number, Overstock couldn't explain the charge. I want this issue resolved without affecting my credit rating or closing my account. Comenity Bank needs to address this apparent scam, which only seems to happen with Overstock. Harold's unhelpful attitude reflects poorly on Comenity Bank's reputation.

In April, I applied for a credit card at a Torrid store but never received the card or any details about it. Recently, I started getting calls and bills saying I owe nearly $[redacted] due to interest and late fees. Comenity Bank contacts me daily but leaves voicemails with non-functional phone numbers and extensions. I tried to reach out to a specific woman mentioned in a message but her contact information doesn't work. This situation has damaged my credit score, and I'm struggling to find a way to resolve the issue. I disputed the charges through Credit Karma and now I'm looking for contact information for upper management at the bank to report the harassment. Dealing with this has been frustrating and unlike any credit card experience I've had before. Thank you for your assistance.

I am disappointed that Comenity Bank declined my application for a Wayfair Credit Card today. I am a loyal customer of Haband and Kingsize Direct, both under Comenity Credit Cards, with a good payment history. Despite my poor credit score due to actively using my credit cards to improve it, I think it's unfair that credit bureaus penalize for credit utilization. I understand the importance of paying bills on time. Although I don't need a credit card for Wayfair now, I will continue using my regular bank credit cards for purchases and also for my Haband and Kingsize accounts in the future.

I recently received a call on my cell phone regarding fraudulent charges made at Victoria's Secret in Connecticut using my Community Bank credit card. The bank informed me of three unauthorized transactions totaling $[redacted]. I promptly cancelled my card and others, completed the Statement of Fraud and Forgery, and escalated the issue on June 11. Despite my efforts, the charges turning my account delinquent as of 8/28 were found on my credit report. I am concerned about the impact on my credit score and the lack of resolution after almost three months of waiting.

I purchased a reclining loveseat from Overstock with order number [redacted]31, priced at $[redacted].49. Unfortunately, the delivery was mishandled, and the couch was left in the rain with black stains and damage to the bottom. I covered it with a tarp to prevent further harm and contacted Overstock with photos. In the past, their customer service has been unhelpful, and I fear being charged for return shipping. Overstock's phone number is difficult to reach. I have a credit card linked to Overstock through a different account. Thank you, Wanda H.

I made a $28 payment over the phone on 9/18/19 to Commenity Bank for my "OPEN Full Beauty Account," but it was incorrectly posted to my CLOSED account. I contacted customer service and requested to have the payment moved to the correct account promptly as it was due that day. Please make sure no late fees are charged due to this error. I expect this to be resolved without any additional charges or inconveniences caused by your mistake. Your immediate attention to rectify this issue is greatly appreciated.

I purchased earrings from Kay Jewelers in Centralia, WA in January [redacted]. I believed I was using my own credit card but ended up unknowingly applying for a Kay credit card to receive a discount on the earrings priced below $[redacted]. To my surprise, I received a bill for $[redacted].00, which I promptly paid with a check. Despite this, I started receiving harassing phone calls claiming my account was overdue, even though I believed I had covered the full cost. To stop the calls, I closed the account, yet I am still receiving invoices totaling $[redacted].55. I find this situation distressing and unjust. I have tried to address this through your online forum and a handwritten note on the latest $[redacted] invoice, wondering if any human attention is given to non-digital communications in your company. I request a thorough review of this issue to put an end to these unreasonable charges. - M. Porterfield
