I accidentally missed two payments on my BJ’S account no one notified of this so I was unaware of what was going on. The reason this happened was because instead of canceling the account I wanted too I accidentally deleted your account. When I pay my bills I do it through my listings in my banks bill pay. I usually have the bills with me when doing so however because I had surgery and was at my fathers home recouping I didn’t have the bills, therefore I didn’t realize what happened until someone finally called I had my house phone forwarded to my cell. As a result of this honest mistake you have caused irreparable damage to my credit rating and caused me to lose a mortgage refinance at a fantastic rate. Up until now I have had a stellar record of payments on this account. If you checked I pay all bills on time. I feel that you over reacted,and you were not fair in doing what you did to me. The reason I am remortgaging my house is to pay off all my bills, so that I can save money for retirement. Please contact me so that we can further discuss this matter, and consider what harm you did, because of your actions I was denied a rate of *.** and now have to remortgage at *.** percent. Fortunately they had locked me in so they can’t back out.

How GetHuman-broudyde fixed the problem
I first wrote an email then followed it up with a phone call. Spoke to agent who transferred me to the department that handles the BJ card and brought to their attention that before this incident I had never missed a payment and that this was an oversight on my part I had accidentally removed the account from my computer instead of another account. I also told them that they caused me serious problems as I was in the process of refinancing my house and lost out on a great rate due to this action. She apologized to me and agreed that this action was not fair, she agreed to erase all negative information with the credit bureaus I am to receive a letter from them outlining the changes and they restored my account to it’s previous status.
