This is the third time I am containing you to FIX what you reported to the two credit Bureaus inaccurately!!!!!!**Each time that I have called, the two separate supervisors from Smile Generation who listened to my complaint advised me to contact their credit dispute department AGAIN and explain that Smile generation customer services DID NOT PROPERLY notate my concern which you will see below in the copy of the letter that I sent back in June. The response that I received back from YOUR dispute department was again incorrect information and had ruined my credit and I want it FIXED ASAP with the credit bureaus!!* ----------------------------*Credit Bureau Dispute Team******June **, *****Comenity Capital Bank*PO Box ****** *Columbus Ohio *****-*****RE: Credit bureaus reporting dispute**Dear Dispute Team,*This letter serves as a DISPUTE per the recommendation of Ms. Marcia C in the escalation department at Comenity bank*smile generation. I am requesting that you notify the two credit bureaus that you previously reported inaccurate information, to clear ALL “delinquencies” for my payment history which is showing * consecutive late payments, and as a result, has caused damage to my credit and is now causing a hardship. *I had dental work done at the Pleasanton Ridge dental office and was approved for a ****.** “smile generation” credit. However, I continued to have problems immediately with the work that had been performed, so I immediately contacted Comenity a couple of times back in February and previous months to let Comenity know that I would like to defer payment until the dental office had corrected the problems or I would have to go to a different dentist and Pleasanton Ridge would have to return the full amount to Comenity.*So after returning a few times back to the dental office to correct the problems and I was no longer experiencing discomfort, I did call Comenity to say that I was now ready to begin making the monthly payments. However, by then, Comenity had already begun harassing me by calling me every ** minutes at work as well as at home until I informed them again that I had asked Comenity to hold off. In addition, they were showing my account as “past due” and accumulating the past due amount to $***.** as the minimum payment which I explained was usurious!!! And when I resumed making payments “on time” every month, you still reported me as being late * consecutive months. UNACCEPTABLE AND UNTRUE*I did a follow up call to Comenity on June *th and spoke with Ms. C as a result of finding out from a credit alert that the wrong reporting had been reported to the credit bureaus by YOU and is very problematic!!!! I explained to Ms. C what had happened and that no one from Comenity each time I called and spoke with a representative, did NOT properly inform me as to what the protocol was for handling my dispute regarding the dentist and deferred payment.*So to that end, Ms. C understood and agreed that no one had properly informed me as to what the protocol was and did not adhere to any of my previous requests for assistance until I had made things right with the dental office. Therefore, it is incumbent upon you to contact the credit bureaus ASAP to have them clear ALL delinquencies as well as having shown that I was at the credit card limit which was a “ONE TIME” purchase for dental work and does NOT fall in the same category as running up the credit card to the credit limit!!*In closing, I have used “smile generation” numerous times over the years and have NEVER experienced anything like I have with your company from all levels and had it not have been for Ms. C being on the other end of my call when I escalated, this would have gone to the board of directors, CEO and all upper administrators at Comenity!! *Please contact me if you need additional information!*Sincerely,**Brenda Montgomery-Telfor****-***-****
