I have an outstanding J Jill bill of $***.**. I have been working on correcting this for a good two weeks. *I still contend that, since I always prefer to charge my item first (in order to get a *% discount) and then secondly go through a second process of paying for the item with my debit card —- that each purchase is paid for before I leave the store. *I am willing to pay my balance since these charges have not gone through my bank account. I do not want this to affect my credit rating.
GetHuman1031505 did not yet indicate what Comenity Bank should do to make this right.
