Help with my Comdata issue

Comdata's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-crusin_q a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-crusin_q may need:
Account Holder Name, Phone Number, Email on Account, Billing Address, Last 4 of Social Security, and Account Number

Fleet advance app won’t open to check card balance. I open the app and enter my log in info but will not move beyond that point. It had been this way for over two weeks forcing me to call Comdata to check balance. This is very inconvenient as you have to put your entire card number in each time. Plus you have to listen to advertising before you can get your balance. Please fix the app. Drivers depend on this working to quickly and safely manage their money. I get stuff happens but two plus weeks is not acceptable. Not in this field. Thank you for your help in getting the app up and running again.
