The WeighMyTruck app I use at Cat Scales will not accept my new Comdata card, saying my employee ID and card number don't match. When I spoke to a rep at Cat Scales they told me my Dispatcher had not set me up approved for that use. When I contacted my Dispatcher, he told me to contact you because he has no clue why I can't use it. He said no one else has a problem using WeighMyTruck. Can this be fixedm
