Yesterday, we called because our main TV wasn't working. My husband tried different solutions, including switching cable boxes. After speaking with a Comcast representative who mentioned fixing the issue in our area, he returned to find our TV still not working. Surprisingly, the bedroom TVs were fine. Today, none of the three TVs are functioning. We had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow, which might have been canceled due to the area problem resolution. We require urgent service assistance.

I have recently discovered that I have been a loyal customer of your company, paying a substantial monthly bill for over 15 years. I am disappointed to learn that Comcast/Xfinity has been donating money to GOP candidates who have not recognized the [redacted] presidential election results. It is concerning to see a lack of social awareness in your political contributions, which may prompt customers, including myself, to seek alternative services. By rejecting ads from the Lincoln Project, you are inadvertently supporting traitorous actions and contributing to the GOP's extremist agenda. I urge you to reconsider your support for undermining democracy and to prioritize American values for current and future generations. While I prefer not to switch TV services, I am willing to do so to actively uphold American democracy. Thank you.

I have an issue with my neighbor on Grace Road in Upper Darby. He lives next door, and I cover all the electric bills, including the ones from Nelson Bias associated with Time Warner Cable. There seems to be a link between the neighbor's videos and suspicious activities involving various gangs and criminal behaviors. The situation has escalated to the point where my safety is at risk, and I feel falsely accused of serious crimes. I suspect someone is impersonating me in video games at [redacted] Grace Road. There are concerns about privacy invasion and illicit recordings. I urge those involved, including the authorities, to investigate and address these alarming occurrences promptly.

This message contains mentions of locations like the basement and an old house on [redacted] Fifth Ave in Troy. It also mentions people like Bill Gates and Adam from Apple, as well as accusations related to black magic and selling labels to Cuba. The message seems to mix different characters and situations in a confusing way that doesn't make much sense.

I have noticed that all my emails and calls seem to be going to my neighbor instead of me. I live on Vidoo Drive next to a lady from Haiti. The issue with my neighbor's central air conditioning unit is not my responsibility, so I'd like to make sure he pays his own bills. My rental unit through Tamia Delco was affected when my son underwent surgery involving a tube. I am also experiencing problems with my water supply from Sureya Jama and my Time Warner cable service. Time Warner, which is now Tobias Toglobal, is having some technical difficulties. There is a medical facility, Malta Mergent Care, across from my location. I am interested in finding out who really owns Oprah. Additionally, I want to know the origin of the Coronavirus and why my red light video is not working correctly. Lastly, I'm having issues with my Samsung device.

Hello, I was charged a one-time fee of $[redacted] for installation when I was assured by customer service that no additional fees would apply because the issue with the internet service was not my fault. I have diligently followed all troubleshooting steps online, consulted with live agents, and contacted customer support regarding the technical problems. This delay in activating the internet service at my new residence was beyond my control. I have been a satisfied customer of Xfinity and hope that the charge can be reviewed and possibly waived.

I encountered two issues recently. Issue #1: On July 1st, I paid my Comcast bill using the Comcast customer account app. I received a confirmation number, but the payment has not been deducted from my bank account yet. I'm concerned because if the payment is not processed promptly, it might affect my other pending bills. I am puzzled by why Comcast has not withdrawn the money. If I had paid over the phone, they would have done it instantly. Every time I call to resolve this, the automated system prevents me from speaking to a live agent. It also keeps insisting that I owe money I have already paid. I need assistance to avoid paying twice. I terminated all my xfinity services back in February and settled one of the phones in full. Despite this, I noticed a recurring charge of $41.66 monthly, assuming it was for the remaining phone. However, I received a notification from credit collections for a $[redacted] debt regarding the second device. I found this confusing but cleared the balance. Even after contacting customer support, they admitted the error and promised a refund for the excess charges post-February. Two months have passed, and the deductions persist. This situation is frustrating and lacks professionalism. I insist on a reimbursement for all payments post-service cancellation. I'm the manager of a sizable condominium building in Fort Lauderdale, the White Egret Condominium. We have a bulk cable agreement with Xfinity, but we haven't been given the login credentials by the previous management company. Despite multiple attempts with Xfinity customer service, I've been unable to gain access to our online account. Back in [redacted], the internet service was first installed with an attenuator placed between the wall and the cable modem for 18 years. I have recently bought new equipment for use with Comcast - a cable modem and a Wi-Fi router. I'm unsure if the attenuator is still necessary and would like a technician to check the signal. I am contacting on behalf of my father, a 94-year old customer with Comcast Triple Play. He lives alone and currently all his Comcast services have stopped functioning. There seems to be no connection to his modem, despite attempting a reboot. The services have been unreliable lately, perhaps due to a stanchion outside his house in Monroe, NJ, containing Comcast's equipment. The stanchion's door has been missing for five months, despite multiple calls to Comcast. Due to my father's age and health, he requires urgent attention to restore his services promptly. If needed, he can join the line for a discussion with Customer Care.

I work at a restaurant in Houston, Texas that values its customers and is known for playing Classic Rock music on channel [redacted]. We recently experienced a shift in the music format that has left many of our loyal patrons dissatisfied. Previously, our playlist featured a lot of 70's AOR (Album Oriented Rock) music from iconic bands like ELP, YES, Jethro Tull, Rush, Peter Gabriel, Genesis, Jeff Beck, Janis Joplin, and The Who – the legends of the 70's. However, the station has now removed these bands and replaced them with 80's hair bands, featuring fewer hits from bands like Led Zeppelin and Rush. This sudden change in music genre has unsettled our customers, who have come to expect the classic tunes they grew up with. As a dedicated customer of over 10 years, I am disappointed by this unexpected alteration. While I am considering exploring other music options for our locations in Texas and along the Gulf Coast, I would appreciate an explanation for the abrupt shift in format.

I have been repeatedly charged a rental fee for my purchased modem, which is $14 a month. I reached out to customer service in June, where I was assured the issue would be resolved. They removed the charge on June 7th, only for it to reappear on June 10th. Despite owning a modem purchased on May 24th, [redacted], I am being charged for two modems totaling $28 ($14 each). I have faced attempts to charge me rental fees for my owned modem multiple times. If this matter is not rectified, I will have no choice but to cancel all services. I demand a credit for all the overpayments dating back to May [redacted]. Additionally, I was misled about the contract terms and faced an unexpected early termination fee. Please address the billing issues promptly and cease falsely claiming unreturned equipment. I possess the receipt for my modem purchased in May [redacted]. I recently discovered that I have been unknowingly paying a $17.99 per month Broadcast TV fee, which I thought was mandatory, but it is for channels that I already receive through my antenna. The fee is presented in a misleading way, requiring several clicks to reveal its true purpose. I feel frustrated as this has resulted in an annual loss of nearly $[redacted]. After requesting a refund for these charges and the removal of the Broadcast TV fee and channels via email, a Spectrum customer service representative explained that the fees are non-refundable and mandatory. However, I believe Spectrum could absorb these fees instead of passing them on to customers, as they control channel availability based on the subscription package. I expressed my desire to cancel the Cable TV service due to excessive costs, approximately $[redacted] per month, despite rarely watching the channels. I asked them to retain the Cable Internet service. Despite my written requests, Spectrum continues to contact me, insisting on discussing the matter over the phone. I find it frustrating that they do not allow online service cancellations or downgrades, unlike sign-ups or upgrades on their website. I refuse to spend 40 minutes on the phone convincing a customer service representative to adhere to my written cancellation request for Spectrum TV while retaining Spectrum Internet. I am a senior citizen and a loyal Comcast customer for roughly 30 years. I recently received an invoice where my billing has surged from $44.00 to $70.00 per month. Given the increase in my rent by the new building complex owners, I am unable to afford this sudden rise in fees. I have not made any additional changes to my services. I kindly request clarification on why this increase has occurred and hope to receive assistance promptly. I always pay my bills on time or even early. As a senior citizen, I find it challenging to adapt to changes, and I am contemplating switching providers if this issue is not resolved satisfactorily. In early July [redacted], I contacted Comcast/Xfinity to reconnect my TV service, only to realize later that the call had been "shadowed." I was misled into paying for supposed faster service and a Wi-Fi booster. Believing my bill was settled, I canceled my automatic payment via my credit union. However, today, my TV screen notified me of a delinquent account and halted service due to an unpaid bill. I had to pay $[redacted].95 from my checking account as the initial payment was intercepted by Easy Connection. Their contact number provided on my credit card statement, [redacted], turned out to be invalid. This "shadow" scam needs attention from Comcast as many unsuspecting customers might fall prey. I am now dealing with my credit union to attempt to reclaim the $[redacted].95, although the chances seem slim.

Here are some tips for anyone facing similar challenges: First, staying calm is crucial unless you have the patience of a Buddhist monk. Second, avoid calling customer service as it's unlikely you'll reach a human. Third, if you visit the store, there are helpful employees but also unhelpful staff who may worsen your frustration. Fourth, the new white modems are not reliable based on my experience. Stick with the older black modems. Fifth, request a service tech; the subcontracted tech I got was competent and pleasant. Lastly, utilize the chat feature, although be prepared for repetitive responses. Stay patient as the representatives may lack the tools to assist effectively. Best of luck to those trying to resolve their issues.
