log in so I can keep up to date ... I have pre paid service and a modem it works great but I have my first payment coming up and the app on my phone doesn't let do anything. I just want to know if I can pay over the phone instead. And exactly what day

GetHuman-joshow did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.

service is great. I just started my service a couple months ago.
I had a customer service person help me get started which he was great and I got logged in but I can't view anything
