After * days of spotty internet , Comcast sent a tech out, tech tried to sell us a ***.** replaced a tv box and left . The internet went out five minutes after he left . We called and were told to go to a store and pick up a new modem . Did that my husband spent two hrs on the phone with tech support only to be given a new appt to have a tech install the modem . We will be with out interned until Tuesday
