reference to account * **************** I have been billed for services never used installation was never complete due to not receiving the replacement self install equipment kit that was stolen from my doorstep I did file a claim with UPS and made report to customer service. I was told I would receive a replacement but I never got one. I assumed that by not receiving the requested replacement. My account was put on hold so I wasn't thinking no more about it until I received the bill for looks like * months of service. when I signed up in December I believe would have been around the time . I was suppose to have gotten *or * months for free. I want to continue my internet service So in order for me to do that I need the equipment to complete the installation. I will also need to reset or update my account log in information . Have not been able to retrieve because I have change of phone number and unable to access email to verify my account. at *** unaka st harriman tn *****.
