Been dealing with this issue for a while and it still hasn't been solved, it needs to be solved Today, if it isn't I'm going to another Provider that values me as a customer. **When I started my service with xfinity there were problems with me signals in my apartment, I went back and forth with y'all and y'all said y'all would send me three pods, at that time * weeks had passed still no pods, after contacting y'all again * weeks later received this big box that only had * pod in it, called y'all again after that and still TO THIS DAY I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE * OTHER PODS, BUT Y'ALL KEEP SEND ME A BILL BUT I'M NOT RECEIVING SERVICES FROM Y'ALL AND FRANKLY I DON'T THINK Y'ALL REALLY CARE(IT'S JUST ABOUT THE MONEY).
