Received my Xfinity bill and have a $*** one time service charge added for an in home service visit. There was no service to our home so we took the modem*router to the Leesburg service center and received a reconditioned modem*router. We still did not have complete service so kept the scheduled appointment to have service checked out. I was never told you are charging for home appointments and don't feel that this charge is justified. The technician did get everything up and running. I had previously spent about two hours talking to various techs at your help desk and couldn't get this resolved.
