I have been trying to change my tv package from **** to **** but have had no success. I talked with an agent yesterday (*********). First of all she only spoke broken English, and as I was talking to her, there was the sound of a rooster crowing in the background. I asked her if that was a rooster crowing. She said yes and informed me that she was working from home. I said do you live on a farm. She said that it was her neighbor's rooster. So I'm assuming this person was in some third world county!! The crowing was so loud that at times I could not hear her. She finally gave me a website I could go to to view your different plans, after I could not get her to understand what I wanted, which was to change my plan. I finally thanked her and hung up the phone, exasperated!!! I went to the website, but could not navigate. I wish in the day and time you could speak to a human being!!
