Hello, *I am a resident of Stevens Chapel Road in Blue Ridge, Va. I have been attempting to have Comcast connected to my home for * years. I was told that I would have it by the end of summer last year. However, I still do not have it. I was told at one time it would be thousands of dollars for install.**I can sit on my front porch and clearly see * neighbors residences that have Comcast. They have it because the Comcast poles are on their property. I own the land all the way to Bore Auger Road and your pole is on my land as well.**I am a customer of yours in my old schoolhouse closet to Bore Auger Road. I am *** feet from the schoolhouse.**I call and I am told that I will receive a return call, but I don’t. I don’t know what other steps to take.
