I have a comcast ticket number for activation of new service. The CSR I spoke to said Comcast had to look at the area where my home was built to determine how close the cable drop was to my home and advise on ability to complete the hook up to my home.
GetHuman5538069 did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
