My download speed is less than my upload speed and software apps are reporting my connection is unstable. I'm paying for *** Gig service. I've tried rebooting modems*routers and chatted with comcast tech support who remotely tried a bunch of things on my modem then our chat disconnected with no improvement. a couple of times my download speed suddenly went up to ** times the upload speed but then failed again. I need a tech to come out and figure out why service to my home is so messed up. there was a crew out here a few days ago when this all started.
