My internet download speed is still about ** Mbs, I have a *** Mbs plan. I reported this about * weeks ago by phone, and it has not changed. Restarting my modem does not help.**Does Comcast have my internet limited to ** Mbs by accident? Or did Comcast send the wrong programming to my modem?
