I feel totally ripped off. I signed up moving from ATT to you at a promise of ** dollars per month, incl. a box for tv. You needed * installation dates to finally get me hooked up, the last time the rep did not have a box and he only installed the modem. I was told the box would arrive in the mail next day. * week later finally it came, also included another modem. Then last week I received the rudest call telling me I MUST return the modem within ** hours and drive God knows where. I returned it and still you are hassling me, even though you confirmed in writing. So today I placed another call, hoping you would finally get your mind right. Of course, the billing aspect could not be addressed. I need the overcharged amounts refunded today and the harassment about your modem (entirely your fault that I had *, I never ordered nor used *).
