I am an existing customer - Mary Delemarre. I have FINALLY convinced my parents to get xfinity to replace their land line & dsl service they have with Verizon. The installation is this Friday at * PM at *** Melvin AVe. Glendora NJ ***** - Stephen Blasko. **I have questions*concerns about the installation because their house is ** years old & does not have cable - so the technician showing up with a tv box & modem will have nothing to hook it into. I said this during the appointment scheduling, but was told it shouldn't be an issue. That did not seem possible - how do you get access to cable services with no cable? **They are getting the triple play - phone*internet*tv and transferring their landline number too. The TV will be moving to a different room in a few months. Will that cause a problem?**I want to understand the installation procedure for a new customer without any existing cable - I am an electrical engineer so I should be able to understand the basics.
