**** at *:**pm lost power to home for *-* mins. Power was restored but wireless network became spotty and unusable. Reset modem * times that day. Still nothing. Ran a speed test on the network via Ethernet and came back ok. Looked for outages in my area and came back with nothing reported. ***** Have been troubleshooting the problem most of the day. And still spotty service via wireless connection. Now service is also spotty via Ethernet connection as well. Switched out some hardware and reset the modem again * more times and let it sit off for **-** mins this time. Came back on and still spotty service via wireless and Ethernet. I have anywhere between **-** devices on the network at any given time throughout the day as well as college students that depend on the home network so a solution to this spotty service would be helpful. I have the gig service so the service should not be the bottleneck here. We haven't had issues like this before now so we are happy with the service since its the highest tier for Xfinity.
