lost tv connection Sunday am. was informed the issue was a faulty HDMI cable. Monday I replaced the cable and still could not communicate with cable box, mind you I am helping a family member with her issue. Monday she called service and they informed her its the TV. Today (Tuesday) I swapped out the TV, and still can't connect to the cable box. Triple checked all cable connections and powered the box off and on. she has a older box and needs an upgraded BOX. This is the *rd time I have driven over here.
