Comcast did nothing wrong. My daughter has been paying my Comcast bill and all the conversations with Comcast. Now we have decided that I will pay the bill. That is fine BUT The ACCOUNT remains in her name which means I cannot run the account. This includes *. Account * Passwords *. I am allowed to pay the bill. *. I had Norton BUT I botches up the passwords so bad that I can't get back to Norton. What can we do? I saw that we could change ownership which could help. Please help....
