On our Business Account, Ebenezer Temple we had a second Modem installed because due to the fact that our building is made of Cinder Block it is very difficult for signals to go through the walls. When the second Modem was installed it was discovered by the installer that we no longer needed the original modem, because the new modem gave us the power we needed due to the placement of the modem. On March **, **** I returned the original modem with the Serial Number **EE**DAB*** to your West Hartford, CT store and received a Receipt (number: QT************C****). Although the equipment was returned, we continue to be charged for two modems, also for some reason we now have two separate accounts. We would like one business account and we would like to be refunded the charges for the modem that we returned on March **, ****. Our two account numbers are **************** and ****************. I called two months ago concerning this and was told that the matter was resolved. It was not and I keep getting billed for two Modems when we only have one. My name is Victor Rush and my contact phone number is (***) ***-****. I need this resolved and all charges including late charges refunded.
