I would like to find out if you have a package price that is less. I know you offer specials all the time. We are retired and the continuous increase in the bill is difficult to pay. We have problems with audio on several TV stations frequently and the internet dropping so we don't feel the increase in price is warranted. I really would prefer to speak live than chat online.
