Required replacement of cable box and requested same model being used (which fits available space). Was sent Model * rather than Motorola DCT*** received. Too big to fit, so returned using the UPS return form. Picked up by driver next day. The following week Comcast installers came to my building to upgrade equipment with newest X! cable box, voice remote, and gateway for all ** apartments. Surrendered by non-functioning cable box and remote. Then received a bill for $**.** (never before charged for replacements). My condo has a bulk contract and my TV service is included in monthly assessment. Kindly cancel the bill as you have received the cable box you sent earlier.

GetHuman4948400 did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
