The issue in GetHuman4847417's own words
trying to return their equipment before I get charge for not returning their equipment ... Nee the return address to return equipment. I have been waiting * weeks for a shipping label. I do not live nearby a ups store. I tried the digital return but all I get is a grey screen with a circle and * dots in it that keeps going around and around. I do not want to be charge for something that I have packed and ready to return. My service was canceled on *********. And I already have received the letter from them telling me that my service are disconnected.
This us very frustrating trying to return equipment and keep getting told to go to digital return and still get nothing. Especially since I have been trying for * weeks. I can't even get a return address to ship to.
I want a prepaid return label or an address to ship to.
I have been with them for a very long time and have always paid my bill on time.
Tried to call customer service but due to Covid-** was not able to speak to a representative. tried to get a prepaid label, even went to xfinity chat live.
How GetHuman4847417 fixed the problem
