"No internet connection"-this problem was never occurring so frequently( in the last month about ** times. Different times of the day-today at * am.) I called Comcast asking if maybe it's my not so new modem that could be a problem. The tech ( or customer support person I talked to-Greg) had one solution-told me to install an XFINITI application on my phone,and that way I could make appointment for them to call me when the problem occurs. Not just to call them when there is no Internet connection,but to plan for that ahead?*Anyway-calling both numbers:**** *** ******** *** *****on hold forever,then,after ** min there are two options: "press * to go back to the main menu, or go to XFINITY.com*my account to get technical support. After that message I got disconnected. Twice,third time I got to the place where you could request a person to call you. And I received that call today,but no issue was resolved
