i do not need call waiting, nor do i need voice mail on my telephone. i was not told that i would have these nor was i told i would have voice control on my tv. i was told i was getting a comparable service as i had before then end up with services i do not need or want. i want to lower my monthly bill to less than $***.**! i was shocked when i was checking the auto payments from my checking acct and foumd comcast for at $***.** and the next one scheduled is even higher without knowing why! i have not received a paper statement from comcast as i have it the past so i don'how i t know what i.m paying for. i did see one online but couldn't figure went from a base of $***.** to the amount
