My comcast package of internet which I subscribe to had a base price before fees and taxes of $**.** a month back in April of ****. After fees the total was $**.**. My most current bill now has that same base package now costing $**.** before fees. After fees it now costs me $***.** a month, nearly **% more. With more expenses, economic uncertainty, and the current pandemic I am needing to contain costs and notice area competitors offering rates at the base price of $**.** I paid a year ago. I am needing to cancel my service or have my package adjusted back to meet that competitor At&t or I no longer will stay a comcast customer. I have been a loyal customer for a number of years and have always paid my bill on time. What can you do to keep me as a customer?
