My internet connection has been causing serious packet loss and latency issues. **The speeds also vary heavily. **I have tried EVERYTHING in my power to fix it, and nothing works.

I found out the packet loss was due to my operating system on my PlayStation *. I reinstalled the entire operating software on the PS*. In fact, Comcast didn't do anything to help, and they hung up on the call. I fixed this issue myself.
