We signed up for Internet service in mid-December **** and were provided a *-week time frame for installation (new cable needed installed as none was placed when home was built in ****). To-date electric and phone utilities have not been marked* water and cable have been marked and re-marked. PA Utility commission requires * days notice for utilities to mark before digging can occur. Is it common to have to wait * weeks for installation to occur? Svc address is: *** Conoy Ave., Elizabethtown, PA ***** with associated phone number of ***.***.****. I have had to reschedule the final equipment installation several times due to cable not being installed. Your help*comments are appreciated.*Thanks, Jay Ellison
