I had an appointment to transfer my comcast and a security system. However, the security system was not included in my appointment, so only my cable and internet could be installed. I now need another appointment to have my security system installed. This is insanely ridiculous. I have had several appointments and no one can get this right. I'm about to change services if this doesn't get resolved immediately.
