I found out my Netflex account was being suddenly popping up on my Comcast bill about July. I had always paid automatically with a credit card direct to Netflex. With the same credit card I was paying Comcast. When checking something I saw my card was being billed and paying *X. I called Comcast and they were to take care of it but didn’t. I called Netflex and the same day they cancelled my account and sent a credit for months my card was paying both companies. Later I called Comcast to be sure it had been cancelled on my billing ( it was gone I could not access it at all). Bottom line I had to call * times and the last I have saved on a chat for proof. I just looked on my tv settings and checked billing and it still appears on my bill. How can I escalate something when NO one will fix it.
