My service has been at issue for the past week and every time I call, the automated response tells me that there is an outage in my area and that it will be fixed shortly. It will NOT allow me to talk to a tech. The problem is pixilation that occurs more at night than during the day. Both the audio and video will scramble for a few seconds, making it impossible to watch TV. Some channels are worse than others and it gets progressively worse at night. I think that you need to refresh my signal. This has happened before and a tech has responded by sending a signal from his office thru my cable box and lines. If the automated response won't let me talk to a tech, how am I going to get this resolved? It's been going on for almost a week now. VERY FRUSTRATING. Can you help?
